In the event that warranty service is needed, Morris Office Environments has a plan in place to make sure issues are resolved quickly and to your liking.
Many of our products are affiliated with Steelcase and its partner companies which means they come with a lifetime guarantee. (The only exceptions are a few high wear parts such as upholstery.) When an issue arises simply contact us for an inspection and we handle the rest. We’ll identify when the product was manufactured, what parts are needed for repair, and whether the part is available as a no charge warranty replacement piece. If so, our labor is covered as well so you don’t owe us a thing. If the part needed is no longer under warranty, we’ll provide a quote for labor and product prior to beginning work.

We are available to supply you with periodic inspections, identifying any products that are not performing as they once were.
